Mr. Victor Ukachi holds a Bachelor of Law (LL.B) from the University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus (UNEC), Enugu State
and possesses over 20 years professional experience in Corporate Commercial Legal Practice, Trusteeship, Regulatory Compliance and Financial Advisory Services Mr. Ukachi is an expert in the administration and delivery of Trust Services in Consortium Lending, Loan Syndications/Corporate Bonds Transactions and Collective Investment Schemes and he is quite adept at managing the Trust portfolio of various companies and individuals providing personalized financial & legal services to meet clients as well as Company secretarial responsibilities and supervision.
Mr. Ukachi is currently the Company Secretary and Legal adviser of BOI Investment and Trust Company Limited, a role he assumed after joining from United Capital Trustees, where he was the Head, of Trust Services.
