BOI Investment and Trust Company Limited (BOI-ITC) was incorporated on February 16, 1987, as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Nigerian Industrial Development Bank Limited (NIDB) now Bank of Industry Limited (BOI).
BOI-ITC is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a Capital Market Operator to function as Trustees. We also provide Board Governance Advisory Services, Business Advisory and Consultancy, and other ancillary services.
As Trustees, we specialise in trust services, including Private and Public Trusts for private and corporate bodies, Estate Administration under Living Trusts, and Executorships. We have engaged capable, highly skilled, and experienced professionals with integrity who are dedicated to providing the highest quality service.
