Olayinka Mubarak is the Managing Director of BOI Investment and Trust Company (BOI-ITC), where she provides strategic leadership in delivering trusteeship, fiduciary, and investment services to support sustainable economic development.

She is a seasoned development finance professional with over twenty-five years of experience across banking, structured finance, fund management, governance, and institutional leadership. She has also attended several local and international training programmes, equipping her with global perspectives and best practices in financial services, leadership, and institutional governance.

Prior to her appointment as Managing Director, Olayinka held several senior management roles within the Bank of Industry, where she consistently delivered strong financial performance, led high-impact transactions, and played a key role in designing and implementing innovative financing solutions across critical sectors of the economy. She is widely regarded for her strong governance orientation, sound judgment, and ability to build high-performing teams that deliver measurable results.

Olayinka holds an Executive MBA from Lagos Business School, an MSc in Corporate Governance from Leeds Metropolitan University, United Kingdom and is a lifetime member of the Institute of Directors (IoD). Her leadership philosophy is anchored in integrity, accountability, and impact, with a strong commitment to strengthening institutional frameworks and deploying capital responsibly to support inclusive, sustainable growth.
