Ivana I. Osagie is the Founder/Chief Executive Officer of PWR Advisory – a pan-African, boutique, consulting firm, focused on building resilient, inclusive African markets. She works at the intersection of sustainability, governance, and investment, and advises boards, investors, and policymakers on unlocking long-term, inclusive growth. She is also a consultant for the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management
A gender-lens investor, Ms. Osagie is a co-founder of Rising Tide Africa, a pioneering network of female angel investors committed to closing Africa’s gender funding gap. She is a member of Women in Africa Investments, an influential women investors collective focused on shaping the continent’s investment landscape.
She has over three decades of multi-functional and multi-cultural professional experience and has previously held executive roles at PA Consulting, Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch and HSBC Investment Bank – all in the UK and more recently, she was the Director of Corporate Development and Strategy at Notore Chemical Industries in Nigeria.
Ms. Osagie is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Directors and serves as a Non-Executive Director/Chair of the Governance & Nominations Committee at The Infrastructure Bank PLC, and as Chair of the Board of Amayi Foods Ltd – a pioneering food systems platform focused on manufacturing and distribution. She sits on the Advisory Boards of Aruwa Capital Management – a growth equity fund targeting SMEs; and Etin Power – a solar mini-grid company driving energy access and sustainability in underserved regions.
Ms. Osagie is an alumnus of Insead’s Advanced Management Program, holds an M.Sc (IT) from the University of the West of England, an MBA from the University of Liverpool, and a B.Sc (Optometry) from the University of Benin. She holds the Sustainability Accounting Level I credential from the IFRS Foundation, and the ESG Global Competent Boards Designation. She has a certificate in Board Direction from the IOD, UK, and a certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University.
