He is the Company Secretary/Legal Adviser of BOI Investment and Trust Company Limited. He started his career in the Ministry of Justice and later moved to Nigerian Industrial
Development Bank (NIDB).
He is a Barrister and Solicitor with over 30 years post call experience in advocacy, corporate practice including trusteeship services, fund management, estate administration under trust and executorship.
He is a member of Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), Nigerian Bar Association and holds a Bachelor in Law. He has attended several courses, seminars and conferences
locally and Internationally.
